10 Nottingham Place, San Francisco, CA 94133 (Main Office) & various SF satellite office sites

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist all APAFSS team members with the following:

    • Supports staff by providing IT support and resolving IT issues as they arise in a timely and professional manner.

    • Managing all employee PC and phones.

    • Manages setting up employee job equipment such as computers, phones and software login information by setting up local accounts and installing job- related software. Manages all user accounts and settings.

    • Manages and oversees the setup of network devices such as modems, routers and satellites. Responsible for contacting service providers upon request and as needed to resolve service issues.

    • Setting up IT equipment such as printers, television, projectors, phones, Wi-Fi as needed.

    • Manages software and cloud services.

    • Systemically resolving technical issues with employee workstations and laptops.

    • Manages the documentation of IT issues, problems and solutions. Responsible for track multiple incidents, requests, and projects simultaneously and prioritizing accordingly.

    • Provides employees with training and technical assistance on how to use software and cloud services upon request.

    • Manages the distribution and the retrieval of peripherals, equipment and accessories.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge with supporting laptop/PC’s, Microsoft systems/devices, Apple devices, Salesforce and Google Suite software.

  • Experience building and troubleshooting desktop, laptop, and virtual workstations in non- profit environment.

  • Experience troubleshooting local network issues hands-on and remotely.

  • Ability to execute an incident, request, and project from start to completion. Ability to work under minimal supervision.

  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

  • Detail organized and deadline driven with the ability to track multiple incidents, requests, and projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.

  • Has a self- starter attitude and team player. Adaptable to multitask, work well under pressure/deadlines and workload.

  • Required to occasionally travel to other satellite locations throughout SF to support team members.

  • This position requires working on- site at least three (3) days a week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. - Flexible and efficient.

  • Ability to work on IT related projects as directed by management.

  • Must pass a Background check and test TB negative.

  • Preferred bilingual in English and Chinese or another API language.
