CavityFree SF 5th Annual Forum

Kicking off the meeting, Shalini Rana, Health Policy Advisor, Office of Mayor London Breed addressed the participants, followed by Rosanna Jackson, Oral Health Program Manager, California Department of Public Health; and David Chiu, 17th State Assembly District, Assembly Member.
On the agenda were the Oral Health Status of San Francisco and the Strategic Plan 2020-2025 for CavityFree SF which will lead to the implementation plan for CavityFree SF. CavityFree SF is a larger collaborative that provides support to District 10's Children's Oral Health Taskforce (coordinated by APA). Participants convened as work group teams to discuss the challenges, opportunities, implications, and next steps for various themes. Work group related elements of the goals laid out in the Strategic Plan were also explored.
APA Family Support Services
