Art Contest Awards Ceremony

Public Online Voting of "I Love Chinatown" Children's Art Contest winners was announced in an Awards Ceremony.

The award presentation ceremony for the winners of the public voting for the Children’s Art Contest held on September 23rd was filled with excitement and celebration as we honored the talented young artists and their remarkable artworks.

During the ceremony, each winner was recognized with a well-deserved prize and certificate, symbolizing their outstanding achievements. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the winners for their incredible talent, hard work, and dedication.

We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to the families and supporters who have been there every step of the way. Special thanks go to Golden Gate Fortune Cookies Co for their generous sponsorship of the prizes.

An exhibit of winners’ art images is on display at the Portsmouth Square Garage from May through September. On 5/27, a press conference and ribbon cutting ceremony was held to launch the exhibit.

This exhibit of winners’ art images is a crossover project between Portsmouth Square Garage (PSG) and APA Family Support Services (APAFSS). Representatives from the PSG Board, APAFSS Board, and some contest winners and their families came together for the exhibit opening ribbon cutting.
