APAFSS actively supports the professional growth of our team, particularly mental health professionals pursuing licensure through the Board of Behavioral Sciences, ensuring their time with us aligns with the required licensing hours.

APAFSS offers a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match of up to 2% of annual salary; these contributions reach 100% vesting after two years of continuous service. Additionally, eligible new hires receive a one-time $150 sign-on bonus upon the commencement of employment.

In accordance with San Francisco standards, sick leave is accrued at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked (approximately 13 days per calendar year). Accrual begins immediately upon hire, and employees may maintain a maximum balance of up to 160 hours to ensure long-term wellness and security.
