Two Weekends, Two Neighborhoods, One Community

The past two weekends, our team hit the streets to connect with neighbors where they already were — first at the Nihonmachi Street Fair in Japantown, then at XLCR Excellence Community Days in the Excelsior.

At both events, we set up shop to meet community members, share information about our services, and bring some fun to the day with interactive games for families and kids. It's always a joy to see kids laughing, parents stopping by to ask questions, and familiar faces from the neighborhoods we serve.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, and to the organizers of both events for bringing community together. Also a big shoutout to our passionate teen volunteers who supported our outreach work!
