Behind every service we provide is a team that needs to feel safe, supported, and prepared — so this month's staff meeting was about investing in exactly that.

Staff took part in a self-defense class, giving our team practical tools to feel safer and more confident in their day-to-day work and well-being. We also rolled out training on AI policy, helping our staff understand how to navigate new technology responsibly as it becomes part of our everyday tools.

Taking care of our team means we can keep showing up for our community. Proud of our staff for leaning into both sessions with such energy and curiosity!
